I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories. What shaped them. What mattered to them. How two people could experience the same event and leave with entirely different worlds inside them.

Working alongside people in some of the hardest moments of their lives, I watched them rebuild through grief, fear, shame, heartbreak, and loss until they recognised themselves again. That kind of courage still leaves me in awe.

Somewhere along the way, my curiosity shifted. Understanding why we think, feel, and behave the way we do remained endlessly fascinating, but I found myself asking a different question:

What helps us live with what life asks of us?

Everything I’ve built since has been my way of exploring that question.
